Alissia joined the ABA field in 2023 and has been making a meaningful impact ever since, working primarily with children ages 2 to 12 on the Autism Spectrum. Alissia is a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board, and has already taken on additional responsibilities at Autism Planet as the Operations Liaison. What truly sets her apart is her natural ability to build trust, connect quickly, and form lasting relationships with the children that she works with at Autism Planet. Alissia brings a deep compassion for serving others, especially children, and it shows in everything she does. She is not only a valued member at Autism Planet, she is also someone who brings joy, compassion, and consistency to every session.

Jasmine’s Note About Alissia: Alissia is uniquely gifted at understanding the myriad of ways our kids communicate their needs and wants. Sometimes I will literally watch Alissia on our security cameras because she comes up with the most creative and engaging ways to play with the kids when she thinks no one’s paying attention! She never runs out of ideas to try to capture a child’s interest and it shows in the way every kid adores her and gravitates towards her!
