Jackie Beljung

Behavior Technician

Jackie has been fascinated with the science of behavior since her first psychology course in high school. In 2016, she graduated from Kaplan college with her Masters degree in psychology with a concentration in ABA. Jackie has always enjoyed working with children, and in 2019 decided to become an assistant teacher in a childcare facility. During that time she worked with many different children ranging in age from 2-6. She really enjoyed getting to know all of the children and experiencing their excitement when learning something new. When the opportunity arose to join the Autism Planet team, Jackie was thrilled to start a new adventure! She is now able to combine her love for children with her passion for ABA.

In her spare time Jackie enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and cat. Her son is very interested in sports, so you can always catch her on the baseball field or throwing a football around. Jackie also enjoys watching movies, playing video games, reading books and going for walks.

Jasmine’s note about Jackie: There is truly not enough time for me to share all of Jackie’s wonderful qualities! Jackie is playful and silly with the kids in a way that is so clearly natural for her! Jackie is a wonderful advocate for each child she works with and she has a unique ability to understand each child at their core as humans - that is a rare gift! Jasmine hopes that Jackie will be a member of the Autism Planet team for “Infinity” and will pursue higher credentialing to advance her career with Autism Planet!
