Janea “Jae” Jump has always had a heart for helping children grow, learn, and thrive. Her passion for working with children and families began early and has only deepened through both her personal experiences and professional journey.

Jae holds a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary and Special Education from Western Governors University, where she also completed a Master’s in Special Education. She is also exploring ways to continue her academic journey and grow further in the field, as she is always looking for opportunities to expand her knowledge and skills.

Before becoming a Registered Behavior Technician, Jae worked in schools and therapeutic settings, supporting children and young adults with a wide range of needs. These experiences shaped her belief in the importance of individualized care, patience, and celebrating progress at every step. Now, as an RBT, she enjoys working one-on-one with children to build skills, encourage independence, and create positive learning experiences.

Outside of work, Jae enjoys reading, drawing, and watching movies or dramas. She also loves spending time with her cat, Shiro, as well as her younger sister and parents, who play an important role in her life.

Above all, Jae is committed to creating a safe, supportive, and encouraging environment for every child she works with, and she looks forward to partnering with families to help their children
