Jasmine Cates
Case Manager, Registered Behavior Technician
Jasmine has always had an interest in mental health and special education even in high school. She graduated Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville with a Bachelors of Science in Child Psychology in 2022. Soon after she became a Paraprofessional/ Teacher’s Aide at a therapeutic day school for children with autism. She soon realized her goals and interest were leaning more on discovering all aspects of the ABA field to better help with the population. She became a Registered Behavior Technician in 2023. She graduated from Northern Illinois University with a Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2025 and plans to explore PhD programs to continue learning more about the field. Throughout her career, she has worked in various special education settings including public schools, private day schools, and clinics and has worked with a wide age range within the ASD population.
Jasmine enjoys a nice mixture of horror movies and disney movies and often alternates between the two. In her free time, she is either binge watching either category or on various road trips to different states.
