Jessica Gonzalez
Behavior Technician (BT)
Jessica has always had a passion for working with children, especially in their early years. After graduating high school in 2017, she knew her heart was set on a career where she could make a meaningful difference in young lives. She fondly remembers the teachers who made her feel seen, safe, and encouraged during her own childhood, and it’s that same impact she hopes to offer to every child she works with.
With a diverse professional background—including experience in administrative work and customer service—Jessica eventually realized that something was missing. It wasn’t until she worked in a daycare facility for two years, caring for children ages 2 to 6, that she discovered her true calling. The experience of nurturing, teaching, and helping children grow during such a critical stage of their development confirmed that this was the path she was meant to follow.
Currently, Jessica is working toward becoming a Registered Behavior Technician learning from the dedicated professionals around her and gaining valuable experience in the field. Each day, she feels more confident that she’s found the place where she truly belongs, and she is excited to continue growing in her role.
Outside of work, Jessica enjoys spending time at home, especially taking on DIY projects. This year, she’s tackled building a fence (with some help of course), creating an accent wall, and building a bench for family bonfires. When she’s not working or taking on projects, you’ll likely find her singing, taking photos, or playing with her three dogs.
