Lynley graduated from Rolling Meadows High School in 2020, where she developed an early interest in human behavior through her psychology coursework. Since then, she has gained valuable hands-on experience working with children in various settings. Before beginning her journey in ABA, Lynley worked in a preschool environment, strengthening her ability to connect with young children and support their daily learning. She also spent several years as a cosmetologist forming trusting relationships with children on the autism spectrum and learning how to provide calm, sensory-aware care. 

When Lynley is not at work she enjoys spending time with her 3 year old golden retriever, Sage. She also enjoys spending time out in nature hiking and attending music festivals when she can. She has always enjoyed cooking and baking and has recently rediscovered her love for film photography, which has really helped her focus on the beauty in everything around her!
