Ankita Kandel

RBT (Register Behavior Technician)

Ankita recently graduated from Coe College in Iowa with a degree in Psychology and Neuroscience. Passionate about human behavior, mental health advocacy, and developmental support, she discovered her interest in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) during one of her college internships and quickly fell in love with the field and the meaningful impact it creates for children and families.

Throughout college, Ankita was involved in multiple research projects that deepened her interest in understanding human behavior through both scientific analysis and real-world application. She enjoys not only studying behavior, but also analyzing patterns, interpreting findings, and exploring how research can be used to create meaningful change and improve people’s lives.

She finds the most rewarding part of her work to be witnessing clients achieve milestones they have worked so hard toward. Driven by empathy, curiosity, and a strong passion for helping others grow, Ankita hopes to pursue her master’s degree in ABA and become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in the future.
