Josian is a recent graduate from Illinois State University with a Bachelors of Science in Psychology and a minor in Child Studies. Josian is passionate about child/adolescence development focusing on improving mental health and communication skills regarding their wants and needs. 

They have been a Registered Behavior Technician since 2025! Working with a wide range of children from ages 2-9. Josian enjoys imaginative play and communication teaching the most in their career. They also find it fun to include their hobbies into sessions such as crafts, music, and games.  

With previous years in childcare, they find the joy in making any experiences fun for everyone along with being patient on troubled days. They look forward to working with all children and would love to get to know them!
