Emma Jones
BT (Behavior Technician)
Emma began her work with individuals with special needs in 2021 as a paraprofessional in the St. Charles School District, where she supported students from K-2nd Grade. Through this experience, she developed a strong passion for helping children grow and succeed. After 4 years of paraprofessional experience, she later expanded her experience as an activity coordinator at Marklund Wasmond Center and Day School, further strengthening her commitment to supporting individuals through structured and meaningful care. Emma is committed to fostering trust, creativity, and independence in each child to support them reaching their full potential.
A quote I like to share is:
“Children with special needs come into our lives, leaving a lasting imprint on our hearts, and we are never the same”.
On her days off, Emma enjoys bike riding, frisbee golf, and spending time with her cats Piccolo and Ivy.
