Rose Barnish
Behavior Technician
Rose Barnish is completing her Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) at National Louis University. She also earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Notre Dame with an emphasis in Behavior Science.
Rose has facilitated behavior change throughout her life both in wellness coaching and in leadership and mentoring roles. She ran a successful Corporate Wellness Consulting business for over 8 years, developing and running corporate wellness programs and creating and implementing behavior-change programs for employees. She has also worked as a Certified Personal Trainer and Lifestyle/Weight Management Coach. She taught group fitness classes including Spinning and Mat Pilates for over fifteen years.
Within her ABA career, Rose has helped support young adults and their families (during Clinical Internship) followed by supporting children 2-8, where her greatest passion lies.
For self-care, Rose enjoys outdoor hiking as well as jogging, weightlifting, Mat Pilates and meditation. She relishes spending time with friends and family, especially playing games together. Her mission is simple: to help every person she works with feel seen, supported, and capable of reaching their full potential.
